Does Magento 2.4.4 run on OpenSearch 1.3.20?
YesAll 14 Magento 2.4.4 releases we tested install on OpenSearch 1.3.20 and pass the storefront, checkout and admin tests. Some runs needed an extra step: Composer aliases for broken 2.4.4 package constraints, ACSD-59280: ReflectionUnionType::getName() error and ACSD-46815: static content deploy fails with the compact strategy. Adobe lists Elasticsearch 7.16.3 for 2.4.4-p13.
Last run 2 October 2026. Each run is the stack Adobe recommends for the release with only the search swapped for OpenSearch 1.3.20, installed in Docker, compiled and put through storefront, checkout and admin browser tests.
