YesAll 15 Magento 2.4.5 releases we tested install on MySQL 8.0.46 and pass the storefront, checkout and admin tests. Some runs needed an extra step: ACSD-46815: static content deploy fails with the compact strategy. Adobe lists MariaDB 10.4 for 2.4.5-p14.
