Which MariaDB, MySQL and Percona versions does Mage-OS 2.x support?
Every Mage-OS 2.x release we tested installs on MariaDB 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 and 11.4, MySQL 8.0.46 and 8.4.9, and Percona 8.0 and 8.4. MariaDB 10.11 works from 2.1.0 and MariaDB 11.8 works from 2.1.0. None install on MariaDB 12.3, or MySQL 9.7.
Last run 4 October 2026. Each run is our baseline stack for the release, picked from Mage-OS's system requirements, with only the database swapped, installed in Docker, compiled and put through storefront, checkout and admin browser tests.
